A free mod for Fallout 4, by ViciousCeph.

A mod that adds a lot of different kinds of vehicles that are drivable. This is a remake of the Drivable Vanilla Cars mod. The only difference is that it adds a lot of new vehicles, such as a spinner car and a buggy. It also fixes the bugs that were present in the original.

The most notable changes are the addition of the spinning tires and the ability to store your items in the trunk.

The original mod required you to have the game installed in the background. The new version allows you to play in the background as well.

The only difference is that the new version has a different look.
